EMI 40th Anniversary Mangrove Tree Planting

On August 30, 2025, EXEDY Manufacturing Indonesia (EMI) has planted 5000 of mangrove trees as one of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, as well as celebrating the company’s 40th anniversary. The planting area located at Cilamaya village on north coast of Karawang, 60 kilometres from the company. EMI collaborated with Cipta Pesona Desa, a local community who work in conservation and sustainable use of natural environment which had been successfully developed a 12 hectares conservation area from 0 to 248,000 trees to date through collaboration with various stakeholder, such as government, corporation, and common public.
This mangrove tree planting activity will be carried out regularly and continuously as a concrete initiative of the company in preserving biodiversity, carbon neutral, and preventing pollution of the local area.
